They purchased the extended warranty and paid 600.00 I could not believe it. I think they need to get a refund, but can't discuss it with them they are really stubborn. I personally would not buy an extended warranty, If the product does not last in the first year, in my opinion the product is no good anyway, but that is my opinion. What do you think????
