		<description>I qualify for this tax break, but have had no luck in finding out what my actual deduction is.  It certainly isn&#039;t handed to you on a 1098 or similar form.  I&#039;ve contacted my lender, my loan consultant, customer service, etc all to no avail.  No one knows what in the world I&#039;m talking about and keeps telling me that PMI is not tax deductible. 

Our combined income is under $100,000 and we refinanced in 2007.  We pay towards PMI every month.  

I hope others have had better luck getting the information required to take advantage of this.</description>
